10 Super Easy Craft Ideas For Kids With Waste Material

Each of us has items in our garages, attics, and basements that we don’t use or dispose of. The mere possibility that we might need something is all the justification for keeping all that stuff.  So let’s resolve to clear out most of the clutter from our homes this year. We don’t have to throw it all away, though. With leftover materials, we can always create fun and simple crafts for kids.

Craft Ideas For Kids With Waste Material

1.   Funky Aliens

Method:

On the front of the socks, sew the buttons or sew on the googly eyes. Make a tongue out of ribbon by cutting it, then fasten it to the gaping hole near the eyes. Once the snake is completely filled, stitch the opposite end as well.

5.   Firefly Lanterns

Use empty tin cans in kid-friendly recycled art projects if you have any sitting around the house.

  • Hammer Nail Cans
  • Pliers
  • Candle
  • Spray paint is a possibility.

Method:

The tin container should be cleaned both inside and out. After that, begin making tiny holes everywhere with a hammer and a nail. Once you’ve finished, have your children paint the cans. Place them in your children’s rooms or the yard with a candle inside. When the candle is lit, the light will appear on the walls like little fireflies.

9.   Spoon Vase

Material:-

  • cans that are large
  • Temporary spoons
  • Scissors
  • glue stick
  • aerosol paint

Method:-

All the spoons’ handles should be cut. Request that your child spray-paint the spoons. When he is finished, remove the can and place the spoon on the can’s outside. Additionally, the spoons can be used from either side.
